14 days, no questions asked

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase for any reason, including if you have already downloaded the files. Email [OWNER SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number or purchase email. No explanation or troubleshooting is required.

How refunds work

We will arrange the refund through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method; bank processing may take up to 10 days after issue. We will not deduct our processing fees from your approved full refund. Currency conversion by your bank may affect the amount in your local currency. After a refund, stop using and delete product copies, except records required by law; this does not condition a mandatory legal remedy.

After 14 days

Contact us for non-delivery, duplicate charges, defects or any legal entitlement. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy. Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds at its discretion within 60 days to prevent chargebacks, and its applicable terms and mandatory law take precedence where required. This is not a promise that every voluntary request after 14 days will be approved.
