Who provides Turnstead

What you receive

A one-time Google Sheets template license with a Make-a-copy link and PDF instructions. A Google account and Google Sheets are required. No Excel version is offered. The price is US$29 before applicable taxes shown at checkout. No recurring product fee.

Your license

One buyer or business may make internal copies and use the template in its own operations, including working with its cleaners. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly share or redistribute the template, master link or product files. Ownership of the product remains with its rights holder; your own operational data remains yours.

Manual work and responsibility

You enter results, maintain standards, communicate with cleaners and physically inspect the property. READY only means entered records pass configured rules. It is not a safety certification or guarantee. There is no booking sync, automatic messaging, dispatch or physical/photo verification. Formula protections are overrideable warnings, not hard locks. Keep backups and do not store guest contact details, access codes or credentials.

Checkout and delivery

When enabled, Lemon Squeezy is intended to be merchant of record and handle payment, buyer tax and receipts under its terms. Delivery provides downloads and a Google copy link; creating your personal copy requires your confirmation in Google. If delivery fails, contact support with your order reference.

See our 14-day refund policy and support page. Support covers access and basic template use, not custom implementation or property management. No guaranteed response time or perpetual updates are promised.

Legal rights

The product is supplied with the limitations described here. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for operational losses from inaccurate inputs or failure to inspect. Nothing excludes non-excludable warranties, statutory remedies or liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer law applies regardless of these terms. Material changes apply prospectively and cannot remove rights already acquired.
