For product or access help

Include your order number, the step that failed and a redacted screenshot if helpful. Do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents, guest details or door codes. Help covers receiving files, making your Google copy and basic template usage; not custom setup, property inspection or emergency support. A response-time commitment will be added only if the owner approves one.

Billing and refunds

For a refund, send your order reference within 14 days; no reason is required. See refund policy. Once checkout is enabled, the Lemon Squeezy receipt identifies the payment merchant and billing support route. Do not send payment-card data to Turnstead.

Making your copy

Use the copy link supplied in the paid delivery files, sign in to your Google account, and confirm Make a copy. Edit blue input cells; cancel formula warnings. For lost delivery, contact support rather than requesting access to a QA or customer workbook.
