Cleaner field run sheet
A printable handoff with tasks, stock counts and issue reporting. No cleaner account needed for the printed/PDF flow.
Versioned standards
Define the required tasks and essentials for each property, then bind the standard to a turnover.
Stock par checks
Enter counted and added quantities; compare final on-site stock with your defined par.
Blocking issues
Record faults and verified closure, including an evidence reference. Open blocking issues hold the property.

A straightforward personal copy
From delivery email to your Drive.

Edit blue inputs; cancel formula warnings. If you overwrite a formula, use Ctrl+Z or version history.
Do not put guest details, access codes or credentials in the sheet.
Know the limits
What it doesn't do.
- Google Sheets only, with manual entry. No Excel version is offered.
- No booking sync, automatic alerts or cleaner auto-dispatch.
- No photo verification or stock ordering. Evidence references are entered records, not verified photos.
- No physical inspection: the host must check the property and decide on release.
- No unlimited database: 100 turn rows, 500 task-result rows and 300 stock-result rows. Actual capacity depends on tasks and essentials per turn.
- No hard formula lock. The owner of a personal copy can override warnings.
Before you decide
A few honest answers.
What do I need?
Google Sheets, a free Google account and your existing way of communicating with cleaners. The host enters results and updates the review clock. The cleaner can use a printed or PDF field sheet without a Google account.
Is this a subscription?
No product subscription. A one-time US$29 payment. Checkout opens soon.
Does it work in Excel?
No. Turnstead is built for Google Sheets; no Excel version is offered.
Can I accidentally overwrite a formula?
Formula cells show an edit warning—choose Cancel. If you override it, undo with Ctrl+Z or File → Version history.
Does READY guarantee the property is guest-ready?
No. READY means the entered records passed the configured rules. You still inspect the property before releasing it.
Who is it best for?
Hosts personally coordinating 1–5 properties with external cleaners. If you need booking integrations, automated messaging or dispatch, this spreadsheet is not a replacement for that software.
